The living area is fitted with sofas an LCD TV and a unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, cutlery & crockery. The study is separate and furnished with a desk and bookshelves. The guest bathroom and storeroom are located on ground level. Both of the bedrooms are on the first level and have en-suite bathrooms and double beds.

The master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the garden.

The garden is beautifully landscaped and provides easy access to a shared communal pool from the backdoor. There is also a BBQ area in the garden.
