When no payment is received after 72 hrs, booking will be automatically cancelled & the property released back into our system. Remaining balance is due 30 days before check-in. Bank Transfer (details including on booking form)
Visa/Mastercard or Debit Card, Paypal (subject to additional admin charge 2.5%) where applicable).
Cash or Cheque.
Refund will be issued via original mode of Payment & will be processed within 72 hrs (Credit Card, Paypal, Bank transfer, Cheque or cash)
A refundable security deposit - pre-authorization on your credit card on day of arrival of AED 3,000 (subject to period of stay up to 10 days) AED 5,000 Security Deposit is chargeable on stays of more than 11 days) The Operator reserves the right to deduct any damages or losses from the security deposit on departure.
After 48 hours of estimated arrival - No refund
When full payment is confirmed, you will receive an Accommodation Voucher by email. This is your confirmed booking receipt. The Accommodation Voucher must be presented to our P.K. Holiday representative at Check-in.
If your travel plans change & you must amend your booking, please do so at the earliest possible time. If you must change your travel dates, P.K. Holidays homes with do the utmost to facilitate the date change. If date changes cannot be made for your chosen property, P.K. Properties may offer a suitable alternative accommodation. NB. Any amendments to the original confirmed booking may incur an Administration fee.
An amount per night will be charged upon check-in for up to a maximum of 30 consecutive nights. These charges are based on unit size/classification as per DTCM.
Effective from 1st January 2018, a compulsory 5% VAT charge will be added to all Tenancy contracts.
