Rent is inclusive of water electricity, wireless internet TV channels connection, 1 x week cleaning with bed linen change. No Smoking.

Pets are not allowed in any of our managed Properties. In case it comes to our attention that pets are accommodated, the full Security Deposit amount will be forfeited.
