Welcome to PK Holidays and the luxurious Time Place Tower in Dubai Marina! This stylish 1 bedroom apartment is fully furnished and ready for your stay. Measuring in at 807 square feet, the apartment boasts a spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and private balcony, a semi closed kitchen, a guest bathroom, and a storage/laundry room. The open plan living room offers breathtaking views of the marina and is equipped with a comfortable sofa set, side tables, coffee table, TV unit with LCD TV, and a dining table that seats 4 people.

All linens and towels are provided for your convenience. If you need additional sleeping arrangements, a Z-bed is available upon request for a fee of AED 150 per night for stays up to 6 nights. For stays longer than 6 nights, the fee is reduced to AED 100 per night. For families traveling with young children, a baby cot is available free of charge, subject to availability.

During your stay, you'll have access to the building's gym and pool, as well as 1 allocated parking spot. The price includes DEWA, WiFi, satellite TV channels, air conditioning, and weekly cleaning with bed linen changes. Please note that smoking is not allowed in the apartment and pets are not allowed in any of our managed properties. In the event that pets are found to have been accommodated, the full security deposit will be forfeited.
